Shannon K Stilwell, CPP, CFE, CFI
Shannon has over 20 years of Loss Prevention experience both in the field and corporate environments. She is passionate about LP Systems and Investigations, and is a strong advocate for participation in the LP industry and for developing LP System Experts. Shannon is a Member of the ASIS - Retail Loss Prevention Council and has achieved the designations of Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI). Currently, Shannon holds the position of Sr. Manager of Exception Reporting and Organized Retail Crime for Kohl's Department Stores.
Bill Warrick, CFE
Started over 18 years ago in the retail industry and got involved in Loss Prevention after the 4th year while getting a BS in Computer Science. The combined knowledge of retail sales/operations, loss prevention and IT has opened opportunities at numerous companies. The positions held allow for development and management of different Exception Based Reporting applications. Over time, more responsibility lead to assisting the companies with other areas including camera systems, case management, restitution/civil demand, audits, shortage control and other reporting/analysis such as KPIs. Bill has been a member of ACFE for over 9 yrs and has just recently achieved the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner, CFE.
Kristin Wilhelm
Kristin has 10 years experience in Loss Prevention including corporate, retail and distribution center environments. She began her Loss Prevention career with Guess Jeans? as an investigator and XBR analyst. She made the move to Finish line 5 years ago as a Loss Prevention Analyst. Her responsibilities include managing technical projects, writing all new queries, maintaining reports for cases generated, a letter awareness program, generating fraud cases and training field and corporate employees on XBR.
