Who We Are
The EBRgroup is a membership of professionals within the retail industry that are passionate about integrating data with investigations to identify and recover and prevent shortages from occuring due to internal theft, policy & procedural abuse, and systemic or training issues that erode profitability. The EBRgroup consists of over 200 members from various retail segments, some members are analysts or auditors, some are directors, and some are investigators. The EBRgroup welcomes participation and remains a safe environment for members to share ideas, ask questions, learn more about data and the EBR applications they are using in an effort to help make the most of your LP Systems
What We Do ...
We network with peers in the industry or in like retail segments to learn how others may have achieved successes and what challenges may be present. We have monthly conference calls that can be either audio only or most often have a powerpoint provided. Many of our members participate in presenting something that they have experience in or have recently done within their company that will benefit others in dealing with common issues, trends, or processes. We have a membership section within our website and have added a member forum for detailed discussions and to support our mentorship program. In addition, we post all previous call presentations so they are availabe to members to review after the calls.
Networking is an important part of this group, so on our website we have the ability for members to search for each other and to update their information, so it is always current. We have also established a group on LinkedIn for general discussions, this forum is open to a wider audience, as it also includes industry and vendor colleagues who participate in discussions regarding exception reporting systems and various LP System topics. The LinkedIn Group can be found by searching EBRGROUP.
